Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the United States.

Expedited shipping options, including one-day shipping, are available for faster delivery. Please note that expedited shipping costs may vary.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we only ship orders within the United States.

Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value, as indicated during checkout.

Return Policy:

We want you to be delighted with your Lunar Vines products. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at vineslunar@gmail.com immediately, and we'll work swiftly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

- Items shipped from lunarvines.com, can be returned within 14 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

- If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We value our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and 14 days have gone, we can offer you a discount or a gift card; please contact us at vineslunar@gmail.com

Custom Products:

Please note that custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Since these items are specially crafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing error or damage during transit. We recommend carefully reviewing all customization details before placing your order to ensure accuracy. If you receive a custom product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at vineslunar@gmail.com, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
